Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment / Fit-Out / Construction
Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – a specialist main contractor is searching for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team based in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to play a key-role within a successful main contractor specialising in delivering retail and commercial projects for an impressive list of repeat clients.

- Working closely with company owners

Requirements:
- Proven track record of pricing refurbishment and fit-out projects
- A strong ability to communicate with clients and site teams
- Industry related qualifications
- Good I.T skills
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience pricing and securing projects in the refurbishment and fit-out sector.
