A Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £150m. The initial project is for an esteemed public sector client and consists of new build and refurbishment to an existing building in Bridgend (£120m).
