Your Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Greet visitors warmly and offer refreshments while assessing their needs.
- Telephone Management: Answer calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Showroom Coordination: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional showroom environment, including managing music, video screens, and tidiness.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, stock refreshment areas, and ensure all sales offices are fully functional and stocked.
- Customer Support: Build rapport, guide visitors, and liaise with team members to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety of people, vehicles, and property, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable.
