Based in Chelmsford, Essex, Saxtons have emerged as the largest 4x4 dealer in Europe, selling SUVs and specialist cars at incredible value to customers across the globe.
We are recruiting a Weekend Customer Advisor to join our busy Sales department.
Responsibilities:- Conducting demo drives, ensuring customers have a positive and informative experience.
- Moving and organising vehicles in the showroom and forecourt to ensure optimal presentation and accessibility.
- Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
- Assisting customers with enquiries.
- Supporting the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer demonstrations and test drives.
- Providing information about vehicle features.
- Ensuring all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of service and professionalism.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Clean Full UK Driving licence
- Great communication skills - demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships.
- High levels of focus, energy and drive
- Always delivering best in class service to establish customer experience excellence.
Hours: 15 hour contract (Saturday 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 09:00 – 17:00)
