The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.

You will have access to some of the world's most luxurious brands including Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Range Rover, Mercedes, BMW and Audi. Based in Chelmsford, Essex, Saxtons have emerged as the largest 4x4 dealer in Europe, selling SUVs and specialist cars at incredible value to customers across the globe.

We are recruiting a Weekend Customer Advisor to join our busy Sales department.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting demo drives, ensuring customers have a positive and informative experience.
  • Moving and organising vehicles in the showroom and forecourt to ensure optimal presentation and accessibility.
  • Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
  • Assisting customers with enquiries.
  • Supporting the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer demonstrations and test drives.
  • Providing information about vehicle features.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of service and professionalism.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Clean Full UK Driving licence
  • Great communication skills - demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships.
  • High levels of focus, energy and drive
  • Always delivering best in class service to establish customer experience excellence.

Hours: 15 hour contract (Saturday 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 09:00 – 17:00)
