Investment Analyst - M&A

We are working with a rapidly growing investment services firm, who primarily operate within Private Markets. This role supports data operations and oversight of governance activity across multi-jurisdictional investment structures. Capture, maintain, and report governance data related to investment structures and portfolio entities. Maintain and update legal structure charts and submit for timely review and approval. respond to governance and event documentation. Fulfil service requests from cross-functional stakeholders (Deal Teams, Compliance, Tax, Corporate Admin). ServiceNow implementation). Maintain and reconcile records related to investment positions, capital allocations, and structural changes. Escalate constraints, unclear client requests, and resourcing issues appropriately to protect quality and delivery timelines. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with data reconciliation and balance sheet understanding Exposure to Private Equity, Fund Administration, or M&A/Corporate Law Environments
