The predicted salary is between 39905 - 39905 £ per year.
We are looking for an additional Plumber to join our Gas and Plumbing team to undertake routine plumbing, maintenance and installation. There will also be a need to carry out responsive repairs for plumbing breakdowns at our properties.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A professional plumbing qualification (minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- Competence in all aspects of domestic plumbing installations
- The ability to carry out repairs including plumbing related carpentry, tiling and patch plastering
- A current driving licence
- Worked in a similar role before, within a housing association or local authority, however this is not essential.
- Excellent customer services skills and competence with using IT
- Willing to undertake a basic DBS check
