Project Manager – Asset & Sustainability - 12 month fixed term contract

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for improving homes and driving sustainability? Looking to make a real impact in a purpose‑led organisation? Then this may be the opportunity for you.
As our Project Manager, you’ll provide oversight to the delivery of investment and sustainability programmes across our housing portfolio. From planning to completion, you’ll work with our surveyors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget—while providing a great experience for our customers.
Using data, insight and collaboration, you’ll shape investment decisions and deliver projects that enhance the quality, efficiency and sustainability of our homes. You’ll manage contractors, monitor performance and play a key role in progressing our long‑term sustainability ambitions.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience of project delivery in an Asset or Construction environment
- Knowledge of asset management, sustainability, and H&S/CDM regulations
- Ability to analyse data, manage risk and drive performance
- Excellent organisation, communication and a customer‑focused mindset
- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
A professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, CIH) or experience with sustainability or grant‑funded programmes would be an advantage.
