We are looking for an additional Plumber to join our Gas and Plumbing team to undertake routine plumbing, maintenance and installation. There will also be a need to carry out responsive repairs for plumbing breakdowns at our properties.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • A professional plumbing qualification (minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Competence in all aspects of domestic plumbing installations
  • The ability to carry out repairs including plumbing related carpentry, tiling and patch plastering
  • A current driving licence
  • Worked in a similar role before, within a housing association or local authority; however this is not essential.
  • Excellent customer services skills and competence with using IT
  • Willing to undertake a basic DBS check
