Are you an experienced surveyor looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a proactive and inspiring leader to manage and deliver asset investment programmes that ensure Saxon Weald’s property portfolio meets regulatory standards, sustainability goals, and value-for-money objectives.
You will drive investments informed by accurate data, customer feedback, and strategic priorities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations including the Decent Homes Standard while delivering projects on time, to meet quality standards and within budget. As a leader, you will motivate and support your team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve both team and organisational goals. To be successful in this role you will need to:

Possess strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including the Decent Homes Standard, Consumer Regulations, and sustainability initiatives such as EPC ratings, net-zero carbon goals.

Demonstrate extensive experience managing major component replacement and refurbishment projects in the housing or property sector, including procurement, contract management, and budget oversight.

Have a thorough understanding of CDM regulations, Section 20 Notices and their application to major component replacement and refurbishment works.

Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of surveyors and lead cross-functional projects effectively.

Be skilled in using stock condition data, asset performance evaluation and digital tools to drive informed, strategic decisions.

Be skilled in using digital systems to monitor, report on, and drive efficiencies in key projects, supported by strong analytical and data management capabilities.

Possess excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, with a track record of managing relationships with customers, contractors, and local authorities.

Be prepared to study for a professional housing qualification if required by legislation.
