As our Project Manager - Asset & Sustainability, you will lead the delivery of planned investment and sustainability programmes across our homes. Managing projects from inception to completion, you will ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget, while providing a positive experience for our customers. Using asset data, performance information and customer insight, you will help shape investment decisions and deliver projects that improve the quality, efficiency and sustainability of our homes. This includes managing contracts and contractors, monitoring project performance and supporting initiatives that contribute to our long-term sustainability goals.

Responsibilities
- Have experience delivering investment, maintenance or sustainability programmes, including managing contracts, contractors and budgets.
- Have knowledge of asset management, sustainability and relevant legislation, including health and safety and CDM regulations.
- Be able to analyse data, manage risks and monitor performance to drive good project outcomes and value for money.
- Be organised, able to manage multiple priorities and confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, working with the principle of 'One Team'.
- A professional qualification in asset management, building surveying or sustainability (such as RICS, CIOB or CIH), together with experience of sustainability initiatives or grant-funded programmes, would be an advantage.
