We are looking for a Co-ordinator to join our Asset Major Projects team. In this job, you will help customers understand what work is happening in their homes and support our team to ensure projects run smoothly. The role is key to helping set the team up for success, and we need someone who is organised, happy working at pace, and able to adapt to changing priorities. Whether it’s liaising with customers, colleagues, and contractors to help solve problems, or keeping good records and managing a mailbox, this role will support the team to ensure cases are successfully resolved.
Responsibilities
- Speak with customers about major repair projects and answer their questions.
- Help arrange visits, surveys, and appointments.
- Support customers during major repairs, improvements, and aids & adaptations work.
- Keep clear notes and update our systems.
- Support with complaint investigation, management and escalate issues as required.
- Work with other teams to resolve access problems and keep projects on track.
- Process purchase orders and invoices, making sure the details are correct and recorded.
- Help with day-to-day admin tasks to support the team.
- Someone who enjoys helping people.
- Good at talking and listening.
- Organised and able to keep track of tasks.
- Confident using computers and updating records.
