Are you a qualified Electrician with a passion for delivering an excellent customer service? Join our HomeFix team at Saxon Weald and help us achieve our purpose of enabling positive life chances by providing safe and secure homes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our properties remain electrically safe, with a strong emphasis on inspection, testing and certification work including EICRs, remedial actions, and periodic inspections. Alongside this core testing focus, you will also carry out routine electrical repairs, maintenance and installation, and support other departments when required.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations and C&G 2391 (test & inspect)
- Knowledge and experience of carrying out inspection and test certificates
- Demonstrable experience in carrying out a wide range of domestic electrical repairs and installation work
- Have experience of delivering a great customer experience and be a strong team player
- Be confident completing electrical certification and using IT systems (e.g. tablets/laptops)
- Be self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with Saxon Weald’s values
