We are seeking to appoint a Janitor to work under the direction and instruction of senior staff to provide routine caretaking tasks that support the effective operation of the school. These duties include unlocking and securing the premises at agreed times. The successful candidate will relate well with both pupils and adults and have the desire and ability to support the site team. You will work as part of a team with enthusiasm and be keen to learn and develop, with a strong commitment to ensure the school is secure at all times to safeguard pupils, staff and visitors. The role requires securing the building at the end of each school day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 2.30pm and 6.30pm. Some flexibility will be required to support holidays and absences.
