We are looking for a Finance Assistant to provide effective financial administration support within the school overseeing day-to-day financial operations including purchasing, invoicing, income collection, bank reconciliation and record maintenance.
Duties will include:
- Ordering, processing and payment of all goods and services
- Preparation of invoices
- Deal with basic payment and accounting queries
- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
- Complete monthly finance routine checklist

Actual Salary: £12,857 - £13,483
Hours: 19.5 hours per week, Term Time plus 3 weeks and 5 inset days (working 42 weeks) - Mon - Thurs 10am - 2pm and Fri 10am - 1.30pm
