Locations: Chippenham, Calne, Devizes, and surrounding areas.

Pay: From £14.50 per hour (role and hours dependent).

Enhancements: Time-and-a-half on public holidays.

Mileage: 40p per mile.

Contract: Permanent – Full-time or Part-time (Guaranteed Hours).

Shifts: 07:00–14:30 and 16:00–22:00 (alternate weekends required).

Right to Work: UK RTW required – we are unable to offer sponsorship.

  • Support clients with meal preparation, medication prompts and light domestic tasks.
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Offer companionship and support clients on community outings.
  • Encourage involvement in personalised care planning.
  • Accurately record visit notes and care outcomes.

  • Kind, caring and reliable individuals with strong communication skills.

  • Driver with full UK licence and own vehicle (community role).
