Your Role as a Community Care Assistant
- Supporting clients with daily tasks such as meal prep, medication prompts, and domestic duties.
- Assisting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Providing companionship and supporting clients on outings.
- Encouraging clients to be involved in their care planning.
- Accurately recording visit details and care notes.
