About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your duties will include:
- Personal care and support with daily living activities.
- Meal preparation and nutritional support.
- Medication prompts and assistance where required.
- Light household duties and domestic support.
- Shopping and community access support.
- Accompanying clients on outings and appointments.
- Companionship and emotional support.
- Encouraging independence and involvement in care planning.
- Accurate recording and reporting of care visits.
No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided! Whether you are new to care or already have experience, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
