Location: Chippenham, Calne, Corsham, Devizes & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £14.50 – £15.20 per hour

Additional Pay: Time and half on public holidays

Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

Shifts Available: 07:00–14:30 and 16:00–22:00

Your Role as a Community Care Assistant:

  • Supporting clients with daily tasks such as meal prep, medication prompts, and domestic duties.
  • Assisting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Providing companionship and supporting clients on outings.
  • Encouraging clients to be involved in their care planning.
  • Accurately recording visit details and care notes.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Availability to work alternate weekends.
