About The Job
As the CCO UK, you will be a senior leader in the UK Office with strategic responsibility for the growth of our Direct Business (Direct to Client). You will bridge the Client experience (via the Sales/RM team) and our digital platform (via the Client Journeys team), supporting strategic decision-making alongside the CEO and leading a team of approximately 12 members. Your role includes operational management, ensuring compliance, and representing Saxo at client events and in media to build our brand in the UK.
Mandate
- Report to the CEO UK and be part of the UK Senior Management team.
- Represent the UK office on Saxo Group committees.
- Manage teams in the UK Office as a matrix manager.
Responsibilities
Strategic
- Lead the UK Office, supporting strategic initiatives with compliance.
- Develop and execute local commercial strategies aligned with stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate the Sales and Journey teams (~12 people).
- Foster a strong leadership culture aligned with Saxo’s principles.
- Align local priorities with global initiatives and report on progress.
Operational
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and targets for the Direct business.
- Establish strong processes for client journeys and cross-functional support.
- Drive sales through KPIs like referrals, call rates, and campaign conversions.
- Build relationships with VIP clients for development and issue resolution.
Compliance
- Ensure daily compliance of the First Line team and regulatory excellence.

- Minimum 15 years in Financial Services, with experience in digital products, brokerage, and client-facing roles.
- Proven leadership and track record of growth achievement.
