We are looking for a dedicated colleague fluent in French, Dutch, and English, who can support our largest partners and clients in the Mid Europe Region. We take pride in achieving high satisfaction and aim to enhance overall partner relationships. The Institutional Service desk acts as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day operational queries and complex issues for our institutional clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of asset managers and financial clients.

Responsibilities:- Serving as the primary point of contact for daily operational queries and escalations for your portfolio of institutional clients
- Actively contributing to the growth of our partners through educational initiatives
- Efficiently addressing and resolving partners’ queries and escalations
- Collaborating with specialists and relevant stakeholders to investigate complex partner requests
- Identifying customer needs and championing the partner's voice within our organization
- Managing small projects focused on improving or developing services based on partners’ needs
With preferable one year of experience in account management, middle office, or client-facing operational roles within the financial industry, you possess exceptional communication skills and are proficient in Dutch and English - French is an advantage. You excel in a dynamic environment with a keen focus on task prioritization, are highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate an enthusiastic and proactive approach. Additionally, you hold the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) certification or are willing to be enrolled and pass it within 8 months.
