Support the development of UK-focused product propositions and client journeys by gathering customer and internal feedback, conducting research, and helping tailor offerings to local market needs.

Your profile
We’re looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded individual with 0-3 years of experience in product, project management, or data analysis role within financial or investment services. You have advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and a strong interest in how AI and data can be applied to improve decision-making, client outcomes, and operational efficiency in a regulated environment.
You understand retail investment platforms and performance metrics, communicate insights clearly, and are comfortable working across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting. Above all, you’re curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by impact - keen to learn, contribute, and help empower UK clients to invest and trade with confidence.
