Are you our new service-oriented Account Manager? Do you have an interest in financial products and building strong relationships with Tier 1 institutional clients? Then we would love to invite you to join our Institutional Service team in London. We are looking for an energetic colleague, who can help us support our biggest partners and clients globally. We take pride in high satisfaction and aim for improving the overall customer relationship. The Institutional Service desk is the key point of contact for all day to day operational queries, as well as complex issues for our institutional clients. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a portfolio of white labels, introducing brokers and financial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for day to day, operational queries and escalations for your own portfolio of institutional clients
  • Actively participating in the development of our partners through education
  • Dealing with clients’ queries and resolving escalations
  • Investigating more complex partners’ requests together with specialists and relevant stakeholders
  • Identifying customer needs and being the voice of the client within our organisation
  • Owning small projects to improve/develop services that result from customers’ needs

Your Profile:

We are looking for candidates who bring a minimum of one year of experience in account management, middle office, or client-facing operational roles within the financial industry. Strong communication skills are essential, and fluency in English is required—additional languages are considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and demonstrates the ability to set the right priorities and act in a timely manner. A structured and highly organized approach, combined with a keen eye for detail, is key to succeeding in this role. We value individuals who are passionate and bring a “can do” attitude to their work. A willingness to take ownership and act as a self-starter is highly appreciated.
