About the job
As a Client Journey Specialist, you will support the Commercial team in delivering key initiatives that enhance Saxo’s trading and investment offering. The role spans process improvement, platform experience optimisation, commercial reporting, and branding initiatives, as well as contributing to strategic projects as they arise. You will work on high-impact initiatives that directly support client acquisition, engagement, and long-term value. The ideal candidate is a highly independent self-starter, comfortable delivering high-visibility work in a fast-paced, regulated, and data-driven environment. You will join a team focused on innovation, continuous enhancement, and collaboration. Your ideas will help shape products and journeys that empower clients to invest and trade with confidence across global markets.
Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Platform, and Product teams, you will translate commercial and client needs into clear, well-defined requirements that enable new features, streamline processes, and continuously improve the end-to-end client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of UK-focused product propositions and client journeys by gathering customer and internal feedback, conducting research, and helping tailor offerings to local market needs.
- Support the UK product roadmap with analysis that quantifies opportunity, measures impact, and guides prioritisation.
- Assist in defining and launching new products and platform features, ensuring they meet local market needs and contribute to KPIs like trading activity, net funding, and revenue.
- Monitor and optimise pricing structures, margin schedules, and product accessibility, using data to support commercial decision-making.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis, producing well-structured insights that inform strategic direction.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Platform teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, regulatory obligations, and commercial goals.
- Contribute to the responsible use of AI and advanced analytics across product and commercial initiatives, supporting experimentation, insight generation, and process efficiency in line with regulatory expectations and Saxo’s client-first principles.
Your profile
We’re looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded individual with 0-3 years of experience in product, project management, or data analysis role within financial or investment services. You have advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and a strong interest in how AI and data can be applied to improve decision-making, client outcomes, and operational efficiency in a regulated environment. You understand retail investment platforms and performance metrics, communicate insights clearly, and are comfortable working across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting. Above all, you’re curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by impact - keen to learn, contribute, and help empower UK clients to invest and trade with confidence.
