Join us as a Business Control Analyst and play a key role in supporting our risk management and business enablement efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with the Business Control Officer and stakeholders across the organization to ensure operations are compliant, controlled, and aligned with strategic goals. This role sits within the First Line of Defence (1LoD) and contributes directly to maintaining our license to operate.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Control Officer in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across all business activities
- Ensure effective oversight of outsourced services and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
- Monitor risk events and operational losses, and support the development of risk metrics and indicators
- Assist in the execution of the annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and the administration of global control assessments
- Promote risk best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk and control framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document residual risks and develop integrated risk solutions
Your profile
You are a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for risk management and business control. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a culture of compliance and operational excellence. Your strong communication skills and collaborative mindset enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive positive risk outcomes.
You hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and have 0–2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or risk management. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A solid understanding of operational risk management principles is essential.
