Saxbys is seeking a Cafe Technology Support Specialist for the peak opening season across our cafes.

This role is ideal for someone early in their tech career—a recent graduate or current student who knows how to learn fast and thrives in a fast-paced food-service environment.

You’ll be the first line of defense for POS, hardware, and connectivity issues, triaging requests, helping go-live events, and building a practical knowledge base to shorten resolution times for the whole team this fall.
