Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid position for a Range Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day range operational activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing operations for space launch and ground services. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, coordinate, and execute launches while maintaining operational efficiency and safety. The role is based in Grantown‑On‑Spey, Scotland, but some work‑from‑home flexibility may be accommodated.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and leadership skills, with experience in managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
- Understanding safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices in a technical or aerospace environment.
