Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and manage outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Use phone, email, and text communication strategically — with a phone-first approach.
  • Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and follow up diligently.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate notes in the CRM (Close.io or similar).
  • Collaborate with brokers, marketing, and lead-generation teams to drive sales performance.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or client outreach roles.
