We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead our UK business, oversee local operations and drive sustainable growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious fintech at an early stage and play a key role in building a leading digital lending business in the UK.
Responsibilities Take full ownership of the UK business and local P affordability and creditworthiness assessments; credit bureau data and integrations; payments and loan servicing; collections and arrears management; fraud prevention; operational processes.
Experience launching or scaling digital lending products is highly desirable.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Experience in instalment lending, unsecured personal loans or digital consumer finance.
Experience launching or scaling online instalment loan products.
Previous experience in a high-growth fintech environment.
Existing relationships with UK financial institutions, payment providers or credit bureaus.
