We are seeking an experienced creative Senior Designer for our on-site team based in the Greater Leeds Area. The ideal candidate will be someone who can turn shopper insights into smart, effective ideas with strong conceptual skills, solid shopper marketing experience, and ideally a level of 3D ability in their toolkit. You’ll work closely with our Head of Design, helping to shape great work from initial idea to final execution. If you enjoy solving creative problems, bringing fresh thinking, and crafting work that genuinely connects with shoppers.
Qualifications- Strong graphic design skills, including expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability in creative ideation, visual storytelling, and shopper design concepts.
- Proficiency in 3D software using Blender or Cinema 4D for creation
- Strong understanding of print and digital workflows, ensuring that designs translate effectively across channels.
- Strong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple deadlines and clients.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present ideas and mentor junior designers effectively.
- Prior experience in a senior design role, ideally within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency environment (minimum of 5 years).
- Experience working with global brands and developing insight-led creative solutions is an added advantage.
- A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
