Are you an audio all-rounder with an instinct for what sounds great on air? We’re hiring for a technically strong, creatively sharp Sound Engineer to support production across digital radio, podcast and video.

You’ll be a key part of the content engine—editing, managing broadcast systems, and ensuring everything sounds top-notch across platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a background in radio or audio who’s ready to get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Editing audio content for radio, podcast and social
  • Managing sound output across live and recorded programming
  • Reviewing archive content and updating existing assets
  • Supporting outsourced tech partners where needed
  • Working closely with producers to cut standout moments
  • Helping define tone and shape what the audience hears

What we’re looking for:

  • Audio editor with experience in radio, podcasting or broadcast
  • Knowledge of DAB and past experience with major media brands
  • In-house editing skills and tech-savvy mindset
  • Strong sense of humour and a sharp editorial ear
  • Must be able to provide references and a recent P60
