We’ve partnered with a fast-growing international B2B organisation that supports senior professionals across multiple industries through insight-led content, networking initiatives, and commercial partnerships. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire a commercially driven SDR to strengthen outbound activity and support new revenue opportunities across global markets. This role suits someone with solid B2B sales fundamentals who enjoys consultative conversations and is ready to progress toward a full-cycle commercial role within a relationship-led environment.
What will this role include?
- Researching and engaging high-potential prospects using modern outbound tools
- Building and managing targeted pipelines across commercial products and partnership offerings
- Running personalised, multi-channel outreach to senior marketing and commercial stakeholders
- Qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities and booking high-quality discovery conversations
- Communicating value propositions clearly and confidently to senior decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on pipeline activity
- Working closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and positioning
Progression opportunity: Following a successful probation period, you’ll take ownership of smaller accounts and manage elements of the sales cycle, including negotiations and renewals.
The ideal candidate will have / be:
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales within media, events, SaaS, professional services, or subscription-based environments
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and holding commercial conversations
- Highly organised, target-driven, and resilient in outbound-led roles
- Confident using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms
- A strong communicator with the ability to tailor outreach and messaging
