A fast-growing B2B marketing, media and events business is looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to support the delivery of a high-profile hosted meetings programme. This role sits within a dynamic marketing team and plays a critical part in ensuring VIP buyers are onboarded, qualified and matched with the right event partners.

What Youβll Be Doing πΌ
βοΈ Guiding VIP buyers through the onboarding process for hosted meetings programmes
βοΈ Managing registration, event details, admin support and ongoing queries
βοΈ Conducting proactive outreach via phone, email and social channels
βοΈ Identifying and qualifying key buyer personas using research and data insights
βοΈ Matching delegates with the most relevant event partners
βοΈ Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives
βοΈ Keeping CRM systems and databases accurate and up to date
βοΈ Supporting internal teams with documentation, scheduling and programme delivery
βοΈ Monitoring hosted meeting logistics and related costs
βοΈ Supporting the wider team during busy pre-event periods
What Youβll Bring β
β¨ Experience in customer service, telesales, sales, recruitment, account or community management
β¨ Confident, professional and personable phone manner
β¨ Proven ability to build trust and relationships with senior stakeholders
β¨ Highly organised, proactive and reliable with strong attention to detail
β¨ Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
β¨ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β¨ Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with wider teams

β’ Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
