This role sits within a dynamic marketing team and plays a critical part in ensuring VIP buyers are onboarded, qualified and matched with the right event partners.

What You’ll Be Doing πŸ’Ό

βœ”οΈ Guiding VIP buyers through the onboarding process for hosted meetings programmes

βœ”οΈ Managing registration, event details, admin support and ongoing queries

βœ”οΈ Conducting proactive outreach via phone, email and social channels

βœ”οΈ Identifying and qualifying key buyer personas using research and data insights

βœ”οΈ Matching delegates with the most relevant event partners

βœ”οΈ Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives

βœ”οΈ Keeping CRM systems and databases accurate and up to date

βœ”οΈ Supporting internal teams with documentation, scheduling and programme delivery

βœ”οΈ Monitoring hosted meeting logistics and related costs

βœ”οΈ Supporting the wider team during busy pre-event periods

What You’ll Bring βœ…

✨ Experience in customer service, telesales, sales, recruitment, account or community management

✨ Confident, professional and personable phone manner

✨ Proven ability to build trust and relationships with senior stakeholders
