This role will involve: 🧠

• Planning, buying and optimising across Paid Search Channels
• Monitoring campaign data to ensure success, and take a proactive approach to challenges
• An active involvement in pitching/presenting for new business
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing clients; becoming a trusted point of contact
• Following campaign strategies as set out by the senior team
• Supporting junior members of staff to assist them with deliverables and help them to upskill.

The ideal candidate will have: 🦸 ♂️

• A minimum of 18 months of experience, agency side, Paid Search planning and buying
• An analytical mind-set with high numerical skills
• An autonomous working style
• Fantastic interpersonal skills towards clients and colleagues
• An entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to always do their best
• A finger on the pulse for new industry trends challenges and practices
