Senior Conference Producer

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Conference Producer to join our growing events team. This is a fantastic opportunity to design and deliver top-class content across a portfolio of international conferences that bring together leaders from academia, government, and industry.

What you’ll be doing:
- Researching sector trends and topics to shape engaging, commercially valuable event agendas.
- Designing programmes and recruiting high-profile speakers, ensuring a seamless experience from first approach to on-stage delivery.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align content with commercial strategy and creating impactful copy for marketing campaigns.
- Managing budgets, project timelines, and on-site delivery to ensure events run flawlessly.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience producing successful B2B conferences or similar events, confident in engaging senior stakeholders across academia, NGOs, industry, and government.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for global audiences.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills under pressure.
- Commercially astute, solutions-focused, with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and flexibility to travel internationally; degree-level education preferred.
