Senior Conference Producer
£35-45k DOE + bonus
London based hybrid role
Are you an experienced conference producer looking for the next step in your career? We are looking for someone who is passionate about producing high-quality content and events and who is keen to join an established publishing and events company to help them produce high-quality events and engaging content across a portfolio of market-leading events.
This role will give you an opportunity to work on both in-person and digital events within a brilliant business that will take your career to the next level and set you up with a clear path to internal growth. What will this role include?
- In-depth desk and telephone research into crucial industry trends and topics to ensure the developed content is engaging and relevant
- Targeted acquisition of high-quality speakers through thorough market research and networking
- Development of thought-provoking event agendas and topics
- Working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure content strategy is being implemented on all fronts
- Taking responsibility for end-to-end speaker management pre-event; during-event; and post-event
- Market Mapping – understanding opportunities and ecosystem for conference sponsorship, identifying target markets as well as unique selling points to drive sponsorship
- Writing compelling content in a variety of formats (related marketing material, blog posts, longer form reports etc).
The ideal candidate must have/ be:
- 3-4 years of conference production experience
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for research, information gathering and knowledge building
- Influential and persuasive approach to written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Positive and energetic ‘go-getter’ attitude
