Title: Sales Trainer

Location: London – Hybrid/On-Site

Salary: £55k + Bonus scheme

The client is looking for a Sales Development Coach to deliver high-impact training and coaching, optimize buyer experiences, and grow sales teams’ expertise in sales. You will be responsible for helping sales teams achieve their KPIs, delivering training tailored to client needs, and ensuring excellent client interactions.

The role will include:

  • Delivering in-person and remote sales training and coaching
  • Driving learner outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Serving as a trusted expert during client discussions and presentations
  • Supporting the sales team with existing and new client opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create and deliver high-quality training materials
