What you'll be doing:
- Owning paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and emerging channels
- Planning, launching and optimising full-funnel acquisition campaigns
- Driving lead generation, audience growth and event registrations
- Managing campaign budgets and performance against commercial KPIs
- Developing compelling ad copy, messaging and campaign briefs
- Working with CRM and analytics platforms to improve attribution and reporting
- Testing new channels, audiences and growth opportunities
- Partnering with content, design, sales and events teams to maximise campaign performance
About you:
- 3+ years' experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
- Background in B2B marketing, events, conferences or exhibitions
- Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI from paid campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and attribution tools
