An independent performance agency is looking for a Paid Media Account Director to lead multi-channel strategy and client relationships across a diverse mix of commercial and purpose-led brands. This is a fully remote opportunity to join a collaborative & growing team that values innovation, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the planning, activation, and optimisation of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic (inc. CTV).
- Acting as senior client lead – building trusted relationships and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Managing budgets, pacing, and performance reporting to achieve client KPIs.
- Translating marketing objectives into actionable, insight-driven media plans.
- Overseeing campaign execution with internal specialists and external partners.
- Supporting and leading new business pitches, presenting confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Staying ahead of digital trends to identify growth opportunities for clients.
What’s needed from you:
- 6–7+ years’ experience in Paid Media - agency-side.
- Deep expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social, with solid understanding of Programmatic (The Trade Desk experience a plus).
- Proven track record managing large client accounts and delivering strong performance.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence with reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – pitching and client-facing experience essential.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
