This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing international business operating within the B2B events and media space. You’ll play a central role in delivering high-profile live, virtual, and hybrid events while working closely with senior leadership to support operational excellence and long-term growth.
We’re looking for someone who understands that successful event operations isn’t just about logistics — it’s about stakeholder management, commercial awareness, flawless execution, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
What you'll be doing:
• Managing the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events
• Coordinating speakers, sponsors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Leading project timelines, operational planning, and delivery processes
• Managing event budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Working closely with leadership teams to support event strategy and execution
• Overseeing operational logistics and ensuring smooth event delivery
• Maintaining strong communication across internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring event performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
About you:
• Previous experience within B2B events or event operations
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets or forecasting
• Comfortable working within fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery
