I’m working with a well-established independent media agency that’s built a strong reputation for both their skill and culture. They’re now looking for an Account Manager to join the team and play a key role across planning, buying and client leadership.
The role involves taking ownership of campaigns end-to-end while supporting and mentoring junior team members. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on but also wants to step up in terms of client responsibility and strategic input.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading media planning & buying across multi-channel campaigns
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and delivering against briefs
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Working closely with senior leadership on strategy and campaign delivery
- Bringing proactive ideas and commercial thinking to clients
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in a media agency environment (planning/buying)
- Strong client servicing skills and confidence in presenting
- Organised, detail-oriented with solid financial/admin understanding
