Our client, a growing performance marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Paid Media Account Manager to manage client accounts and drive performance across paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their paid media career overseas and make a real impact within a collaborative, high-performing agency.

You'll take ownership of client relationships, manage end-to-end campaign delivery, and work across a diverse portfolio of brands, delivering measurable results through data-led digital strategies. The role would suit someone who enjoys balancing client management with hands-on campaign execution and is passionate about delivering outstanding performance across multiple digital channels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk and other digital platforms.
  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building trusted relationships.
  • Planning, optimising and reporting on campaigns against client KPIs including ROAS, CPA and lead generation.
  • Developing weekly and monthly reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Working closely with creative and analytics teams to maximise campaign performance.
  • Supporting media planning, budgeting and overall campaign strategy.
  • Keeping up to date with platform developments, new ad formats and industry best practice.
  • Supporting junior team members with quality assurance and guidance where required.

  • 2–4+ years' experience in a Paid Media role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-performing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic advertising; experience with The Trade Desk is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio and Excel.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning and improving campaign performance.
  • Genuinely ready to relocate to Sydney within a short timeframe.
  • Eligible to obtain an appropriate Australian working visa, with employer sponsorship available for the right candidate.
