Our client is a leading international events business looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of large-scale exhibitions and conferences across multiple sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing operations team, taking ownership of event delivery from planning through to post-show evaluation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage operational budgets, lead a team and play a key role in delivering commercially successful events both in the UK and internationally.
- Leading the operational delivery of large-scale exhibitions and conferences from planning through to live event delivery
- Overseeing venue relationships, contracts and Health & Safety planning
- Leading and developing an operations team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Managing feature builds, onsite operations and supplier performance
- Travelling internationally to support event delivery where required
Significant experience delivering large-scale B2B exhibitions and conferences
Strong supplier, venue and contract negotiation experience
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and event compliance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional international travel and weekend event delivery
