What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events
  • Coordinating speakers, sponsors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Leading project timelines, operational planning, and delivery processes
  • Managing event budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Working closely with leadership teams to support event strategy and execution
  • Overseeing operational logistics and ensuring smooth event delivery
  • Maintaining strong communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring event performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

About you:

  • Previous experience within B2B events or event operations
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets or forecasting
