We’re working with a high-growth digital media and partnerships business with a large, engaged consumer audience across content, social, and owned channels. They’re entering a key scale phase and are looking for a commercially-driven, entrepreneurial Commercial Director to set strategy, drive revenue growth, and personally lead high-value brand partnerships.
The role
- Own the full commercial agenda, including multi-channel campaigns, branded partnerships, sponsorships, and new revenue products
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and account management teams
- Personally secure high-value brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Identify and launch new commercial opportunities across content, commerce, and integrated campaigns
- Collaborate closely with content, social, and marketing teams to ensure commercial activity is aligned and premium
- Use data and insights to optimise pricing, partnerships, and growth
About you
- Extensive experience in digital media sales, branded content, partnerships, or affiliate-led businesses
- Senior leadership experience within premium, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands
- Strong London-based network of brands, agencies, and partners
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Commercially strategic but hands-on, with a relationship-driven approach and strong negotiation skills
