We’re partnered with a fast-growing premium digital media brand with a highly engaged, affluent audience across content, social, and owned channels. As the business enters a major commercial growth phase, they’re looking for a commercially driven Commerce & Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role across brand partnerships and a newly launched e-commerce division.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role suited to someone who enjoys both strategic deal-making and hands-on execution within a luxury, lifestyle, or premium media environment.
The role:
- Own and grow high-value brand partnerships across luxury, fashion, beauty, travel, and lifestyle sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
- Develop creative, content-led commercial solutions tailored to partner objectives
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and affiliate partners
- Lead client delivery, reporting, and performance optimisation across campaigns
- Take ownership of a newly established e-commerce and affiliate revenue stream
- Help shape a hybrid “tenancy + performance” commercial model to maximise yield
- Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, social, and SEO teams to ensure native, premium integrations
- Identify new revenue opportunities across partnerships, commerce, and integrated campaigns
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in digital media sales, branded content, partnerships, or affiliate marketing
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into premium, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands is highly desirable
- Confident negotiator with full-cycle sales experience
- Commercially minded, data-literate, and solutions-focused
- Strong relationship builder with an existing network of brand and/or agency contacts
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a scaling business
- Passion for content, commerce, and the London lifestyle scene
What success looks like:
- Early months: take ownership of key partnerships and assess current commercial performance
- 6 months: secure new high-value brand deals and establish scalable e-commerce revenue streams
