Account Executive

London, Hybrid working

£60K + double OTE (uncapped)

We’re hiring for a fast-growing managed IT services provider based in London, working exclusively with creative sector clients including architecture practices, media and entertainment studios, and creative agencies.

This business has built a strong reputation over several years and is now scaling its sales function to support ambitious growth. They’re looking for an experienced, consultative sales professional who enjoys complex, relationship-driven deals and is comfortable owning a full sales cycle.

The role

You’ll run your own pipeline from discovery through to close, supported by an SDR team feeding qualified meetings. You’ll lead discovery conversations, develop tailored proposals, manage multiple stakeholders, and negotiate commercial terms within agreed authority.

This is a consultative environment where understanding client challenges comes before presenting solutions. You’ll work closely with delivery and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong early relationships.

Day to day, you’ll be managing discovery calls, proposals, objections, stakeholder management, and contracts. You’ll use a CRM to track activity and performance and take part in regular pipeline and performance reviews.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in managed services, or professional services sales.
  • A track record of closing mid to high value deals and managing longer sales cycles.
  • You’re strong at discovery and comfortable selling on value.
  • You’re structured, resilient, and able to manage a complex pipeline without needing close supervision.
  • Experience selling into multi-stakeholder environments is important.
  • Experience selling into the creative sector with a black book of contacts.

What success looks like

In your first few months, you’ll ramp with support and begin closing deals while learning the business and sales process. By six months, you’ll be independently managing a healthy pipeline and closing consistently. By year one, you’ll be a trusted advisor with a strong network and repeatable results.
