We’re working with a leading international B2B events business within the healthcare space, looking for a Key Account Director to take ownership of major pharmaceutical relationships and drive significant sponsorship and exhibition revenue.

The Role:

  • Securing and growing key pharma accounts across sponsorship and exhibition opportunities
  • Building long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical organisations
  • Driving revenue through renewals, upselling, and multi-event commercial packages
  • Leading client conversations, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Developing structured account plans to maximise long-term value
  • Identifying new budget holders and expanding influence across large pharma organisations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to shape compelling commercial offerings

About You:

  • 5–7 years’ B2B sales experience within pharma, life sciences, media, or events
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong consultative selling style with confidence managing complex accounts
  • Natural relationship builder who can operate at senior stakeholder level
  • Highly organised, commercially sharp, and target-driven
  • Strong understanding of pharma stakeholder structures and buying cycles (desirable)
