The Opportunity
We’re working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial events business that is redefining how content, marketing, and live experiences come together. You’ll have the chance to work across exciting subject areas, shape high-quality content, and play a key role in scaling an ambitious events portfolio internationally.
The Role
This is a hybrid position combining strategic content leadership with hands-on delivery. You’ll shape, scale, and lead the content behind a portfolio of events while managing and developing a team of producers. You’ll take full ownership of multiple shows, from initial research and concept development through to on-site execution, ensuring content is engaging, relevant and commercially impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive content strategy across multiple events and media products
- Define themes, topics, and narratives aligned with audience needs
- Ensure all content is high-quality, differentiated, and commercially relevant
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content producers
- Set clear objectives and maintain high standards
- Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows
- Lead on event launches and existing shows
- Build and manage agendas from concept to delivery
- Align content with brand positioning and revenue goals
- Identify and secure high-profile speakers and industry experts
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas into content
- Work closely with sales and partnerships teams
- Align content with commercial opportunities
- Integrate sponsored content in a valuable and engaging way
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Conference Producer, Content Lead, or similar
- Strong track record of delivering compelling B2B/B2C event content
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how content drives revenue
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Naturally curious, proactive, and ideas-driven
- Highly organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B conference production
- Experience launching new, content-led events (international experience desirable)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Understanding of sponsorship and event monetisation
