An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading international B2B events organiser. This role will focus on delivering a portfolio of global conferences and exhibitions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex international events, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences from planning through to onsite execution. The role offers a hybrid working model, international travel, and the opportunity to work on globally recognised events alongside a collaborative and experienced team.
- Manage the operational delivery of 4–6 international conferences and exhibitions from planning through to completion.
- Oversee event budgets, forecasting and financial tracking to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Develop detailed event timelines and coordinate project delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, venues and service providers.
- Produce exhibitor manuals and ensure all technical information is communicated accurately and on time.
- Lead all health and safety planning, including risk assessments and event documentation.
- Travel internationally to oversee onsite event operations, including occasional evenings and weekends.
You'll be an experienced event operations professional with a proven track record of delivering international conferences and exhibitions. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
