Hybrid, London-based

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Event Manager to take ownership of a busy calendar of B2B conferences and digital products. You’ll be stepping into a delivery-led role where you’ll be running multiple events end-to-end – from venue sourcing and logistics to stakeholder comms and onsite operations. If you're organised, proactive and enjoy juggling timelines and project teams, this could be a fantastic move.

You’ll have exposure to global projects and the chance to work across different formats including conferences, webinars, and sponsored digital campaigns. Key responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end event project management, from venue sourcing to post-event wrap-up

• Coordinating internal teams, clients, sponsors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery

• Managing event budgets, timelines and logistics across multiple projects

• Supporting on delegate experience, speaker logistics and digital content where needed

• Working closely with commercial teams to help deliver sponsor commitments

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B event management essential

• Comfortable managing multiple timelines and working to tight deadlines

• A confident communicator with strong organisational skills

• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

• Happy to travel for international projects and flexible with working hours
